In a real twist of fate this rum was aged for 4 years in tropical North Queensland

There’s a peppery sensation that coasts the mouth as the flavour fades

As we move into what I can best describe as the “mid palate” I begin to notice the more medicinal notes again

Palate: The pot still origin of this rum is quite evident by the lovely oily mouthfeel it exhibits.
