Fruit driven with lovely aromas of white fruits (peach, pineapple, carambola), as well as delicate flinty notes. Good balance between fruit and flinty. A nice and refreshing finish. To be enjoyed as aperitif, smoked fish, Asian dishes, creamy cheese. Best served between 8C and 10C 46F and 50F.
