The 'Best Friend' Wave Pant 2. 0 are made out of 100% Cotton Twill. They have a contrasting cream waistband and a custom VH patch sewn on the front. They are placement cut so the design is the same on each pair of pants. They are designed to be worn high waisted and have a fully elasticated waist with a light blue drawstring finished with silver
