Layers of apricot, peach and Anjou pear intermingle with bursts of aromatic jasmine delivering a delightful finish. This wine started with a surprisingly strong aroma of sweet, crisp apple almost like apple juice. The palette had a nice acidity and a fairly strong sweetness. With notes of pear and stone, the wine was an excellent pairing with the evenings chicken tikka masala.
