Etruscan Revival Silver Torpedo Earrings gents Clearly once the base ofEtruscan Revival torpedo earrings that are, very unusually, modelled in sterling silver. They feature all the trappings of the style intricate applied ropework, patterned granulation, shell like repouss sheets etc. but they would usually be made in high carat yellow gold. My best guess is that they were either a custom commission by a silver (and Etruscan) lover, or a practise run by an apprentice goldsmith learning the skills If the latter, I'd say
