MEASUREMENTS (approximate): JACKET: Chest 39" Length 22" Sleeve (shoulder seam to end of cuff) 24 1 2" More than likely home made or handmade. Somewhat small size (and seems a little short). There are scattered stains discoloration. No attempt has been made to clean this I do not know if a dry cleaner would be able to take the stains out. There is wear to the cuffs the green fabric on the sleeves
