I am sure it could be repaired with out too much difficulty and used
It is in OK condition - there is a little wear on the front and some tarnishing on the back
This is a difficult tin to date

They are a stocking size 11 (approx US shoe size 10 to 11). They also have several small holes. There is some white (paint?) spots as well. There is a bit of red discoloration in areas. Good homefront display item; great example of "make do and mend"
