MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Bust 36" Waist 26" Hips 32" Length 40 1 2" There is an attached belt that buckles in the back. The lacy front is an off white color. It closes up the side with buttons. There are some white streaks on the skirt and some smudges. There are a few pulls in the material. There is very light staining under the arms (not very noticeable).
