It is a little dirty, faded, and has some light water staining. The artwork is by Herbert Bayer. I have seen other examples dated to 1935. A very nice piece of advertising history from a brand that, in my mind at least, is quite well known within the context of the period. It is mounted on a thick cardstock cardboard backing with a fold out stand and a small cord loop to
