This one is almost exclusively about ROA and Foreign (mostly Eastern) volunteers. It is complete. Some really good photos and a nice color guide to ranks and patches. We actually have more than one copy of this one. All are in similar condition with some wear and minor staining. The centerfold is loose on all of them.
