MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Bust 38" Waist 32 1 2" Length 23 1 4" Sleeve (shoulder seam to end of cuff) 21" Neck 13 1 2" It has the slot inside the pocket for a pen. One hole on the sleeve and a few holes along seams. There are some areas wearing thin small tears. Named to Lt. Lowe. 9544 L on the collar. The label is washed out but it looks like size " 30 W 28"
