St. Quentin was part of the 1914 Battle of the Somme and near where the German army dug in. It depicts a colorful windmill with a French flag. Perhaps something made by the locals to sell to the soldiers? A very odd and interesting piece of history. It is in overall good condition, but does have some discoloration where it was folded.
