It is basically complete, but the cord has a lot of tape on it and looks frayed in areas. I did get a crackle over the speaker once, but only when I moved the cord around just perfect. So it probably works, but needs a new cord. It is in somewhat salty condition overall. The real winner here is the rubber ear cup; it looks fantastic and is still pretty bendy. This is a
