Original German 5L trinkwasser can marked SMM42 on the lid and SMM41 on the base

The only condition issues that I have found are a hairline crack in the cup which I didn't even notice at first and the base of the canteen is slightly dented from the buckle

All pads are marked 1939 with and HU and an eagle
