Booker's is named after the distillery's sixth generation master distillery, Booker Noe. Casks for Booker's whiskey are drawn from the centre of the rackhouses, a noted sweet spot for temperature and humidity, and bottled without added water and only a light screening for filtration to remove large cask sediment, making for a wholly unadulterated bourbon. Each batch varies in age,
