so this dress most likely dates to the mid-1930s

Frohes Waschfest Apron (as-is) box Original and rare 8cm GrVintage German "Frohes Waschfest" (happy washing). This apron was designed to be used when doing laundry and hanging up clothing to dry. The large pocket on the front is for clothes pins. It is in OK condition. There are a lot of stains (rust?) and some loose stitching on the pocket. German clothing pins available here.
