It has a bit of a tilt hat style where the hat is small because it sits at an angle on your head. There is a paper label inside and it is stamped several times "Eigentum der Stadt Regensburg". Overall, fairly good condition. It does show general wear around the edges. The little elastic string inside is worn out. The label has some tears and staining. The feather shows wear. NOTE: The color
