Naval Clothing tag inside (this tag came out very late in the war)

Some of the contents are still inside

but it is still very sturdy and usable

They button up the side and have adjustable buckles on each side to cinch them in a little if need be

Brown Leather Briefcase italian Naval Clothing tag inside (thisGerman leather briefcase. The style is fairly standard for the 1930's 50's. It has one center clasp which is working and two buckle closures. It has some staining and some rust on the hardware. It is still a very usable case. It was fairly common to see briefcases in original photos and even frequently being carried by German POWS so it would follow that they even had it with them up to the time of their capture.
