Vintage Bakelite Shirt Collar Button Container part The markings appear to bePeriod green Bakelite container for dumbbell shaped dress shirt collar studs. We originally thought it might have been a game piece container but the image in the Bakelite is too similar to the collar studs so I now believe that is what it was for. These were used on the early shirts which had removable collars. It is a very dark green color. It is in good condition. The bottom is marked 461 B. It measures about 1 5 8" in diameter and stands about 1 1
