Period Bakelite Cigar Cutter small It would be pretty neatPeriod Bakelite cigar tip cutter. There are two small chipped areas on the sides,, but this doesn't effect the function. It uses a standard shaving razor blade as the cutter. The holes are a bit small, most cutters have a large and a small hole, but this one just has 2 small ones.
