Tembela Syrah 2025 50yo Nose: Wisps of sherried oakDESCRIPTION Made from 100% Syrah, sourced 80% from Karibib in Polkadraai Hills and 20% from Jakkalsfontein in the Swartland, grown on mixed coastal region soils. Fermentation involved 80% whole bunch with stems added back, carried out in open tank fermenters with regular punchdowns.
